#MANIMONDAY - TATTED UP

The Scoop
Clearly, it’s going to snow! Here I am, with another week of #ManiMonday for you guys, AND, it’s actually Monday. Whoop Whoop! :)

Anywho, down to the nitty-gritty…
So this week I opted for something a little different; instead of simply a solid color nail polish I went for a design. Now, let’s just get one thing straight and out of the way while we’re on the subject. I do not do nail DIY’s. I just can’t. My hands aren’t steady enough; my nerves aren’t calm enough, and frankly, “ain’t nobody got time for that”! So, with that said, any designs you see on my nails I will have either gotten done at the nail salon OR it’s probably a nail decal.
In this week’s case it’s a nail tattoo by KISS.

The Product
The design is called ‘Distinct Ink’ (NST03) and it is very reminiscent of a floral design tattoo. In the packet you get 16 pre-cut and sized tattoos. To apply the tattoos you have to apply your desired polish (in this case I stuck with clear) and wait until that dries. The polish being dry is very important so if you know you have a polish that takes longer to polish I would save that polish for another time.

After the polish is dry you apply the “tattoo” to your nail and wet the back of it with a towel or sponge and hold for about 20-30 seconds. The KISS website has this really quick video to show you how it’s done…

The Look
Overall, I liked these KISS Nail Tattoos. They are very affordable at $4/pack, very easy to apply, and allow you to transform a dull/boring manicure.
